Passionate about all things running and endurance, she has set course records in multiple key ultra-trail races in Asia. Each expedition to the world’s highest glaciers has opened her eyes to the consequences of cryosphere loss for local populations and the planet. After working in the renewable energy sector for six years she is now a climate diplomat for the UK government in Japan.
